Help Orphans! (2 ways how you can help)

I am sorry we haven't posted in a while...we have been busy! I hope some of you are still following our blog! :) We want to encourage you to pray, advocate, and adopt orphans! They need us so badly! We are blessed by our 3 special little brothers and sister that we brought home from Eastern Europe. It is so neat to watch them blossom in a family. Our little sister Lily was malnourished and had a shaved head and it is wonderful to see that she now has beautiful blonde hair that is getting long! Sean, Joshua and Lily would have probably have already gone to an institution if we hadn't adopted them. Just thinking about that makes me realize that I need to appreciate them much for than I do. They have so much love to give! We are not going to fundraise at this time but here are a couple websites you can go to and help. 1. www.reecesrainbow.org This is the website where we found out about Lily and Sean and we found out about Joshua at the orphanage where they were. This is a wonderful ministry that advocates for hundreds of orphans (mostly with special needs). 2. Miss. Julia is about to do another "Mulligan Stew". Go over to her blog and donate something for her fundraiser, donate to help orphans and be entered into her fundraiser and pray! http://covenantbuilders.blogspot.com/2013/03/looking-back.html#comment-form This fundraiser last time helped about 20 orphans and alot of them are in families now. Praise God! Let's help bring these orphans home, one or two at a time! May God bless you, Haylee (and Naomi)

If you feel called to give for these precious, needy children, please do. Also, we are taking orders for necklaces and bracelets now. Email us at: childrenpreciousinhissight@gmail.com if you are interested in ordering one. Also, we have the Fourth of July dishcloth that no one has shown interest in. If you are want to order that, please let us know. Thank you for helping us help bring orphans home! May God bless you, Haylee and Naomi Adamson

Post by Haylee and Naomi's Mother :)

Our family would like to thank each of you for the outpouring of encouragement and support shown to our children after Julia shared the story of how they lost all of their handmade items for their fundraiser (if you didn't hear, scroll down to a previous post). We were SO BLESSED by all of the comments to them and by the donations made for the Roger's. So if you commented, donated or made a special order...thank you so much! It has truly been a reminder of God's graciousness and how He works all things for good for those who love Him. They are encouraged to keep serving God and helping the orphans, and we hope that the testimony of what God did will encourage others as well. They would be so thrilled if God uses their story to help the Rogers meet their matching grant, and further help their kids get home!

Haylee and Naomi went to get some supplies yesterday. After they remake the items that had been already ordered, they will be putting on the blog new items as they get made... so please keep checking back! Their friend Sarah, another awesome girl who uses her gift of crocheting to help bring orphans home, has already put a few things on our fundraiser below.

You can make a special order by looking at the kinds of things they've made before (on sidebar) and emailing the girls at childrenpreciousinhissight@gmail.com with your request. God bless you!

Temporarily: Special orders only! (except dishcloths)

We are still fundraising for the Rogers family to bring home Bernadette and Mason, however, for now we can only take special orders. Last Saturday our family helped to put on a local yardsale with friends from church for the Rogers family. We made about $300! We had brought along our handmade jewelry, sunbonnets and purses to sell at the yardsale in case anyone was interested.

Unfortunately, someone loading the vans accidentally put our bag of handmade items into the wrong van... the one going to Good will! We were so sad as that was so much work we had done to raise money for these orphans to come home. My mom called the managers at Goodwill and we also went in to look ourselves and we are unable to find or get them back. Our sweet Daddy has offered to donate what it would have been worth in order to replace the materials and help the Rogers :)

Note: if you have ordered something, and we haven't already contacted you, we are working on remaking those items and will get it to you as soon as we can. Sorry for the delay!

Our friend Sarah donated the dishcloths so since she has those, they are still available! Thanks again for helping this family-- so far we have raised about $138!
